Phew, this took me a very long time to draw, and I'm still not very proud of how Brock turned out. (but I loved how Misty turned out) I love this gang so much, thank you for commissioning me this good idea.
(btw this is the Team Rocket from Fire Red and Leaf Green they are dressed up as)
I'm just glad I got done with this. c: It took me about as long as the Parachute one if not just a bit longer. cx
